Unit Description: ** Temple University Diamond Club ** * Executive Chef for a Faculty Club at Temple University with full service Bar/lounge; 3 banquet rooms and 1 main dining room open for Lunch with Daily Buffet and Ala Carte Menu. Primary business is university and public catering offered 7 days a week with plated diners for up to 600pp. Responsibilities include: Hands On Food Production, Ordering of Food and Supplies, Inventory Management, Scheduling and Payroll. * The ideal candidate will have - - a culinary degree - experience training and leading a culinary staff - experience as an executive chef in a club or restaurant - catering culinary experience - experience with on-line ordering - experience with food management systems - experience working in a union environment - experience writing catering menus ~cb~
